Who Is Eligible to Request a Box?

• Child must live in American Fork, Bluffdale, Cedar Fort, Eagle Mountain, Fairfield, Herriman, Lehi, Lindon, Pleasant Grove, Saratoga Springs, Camp Williams, or Primary Children’s Hospital’s.

• Shelters & Foster Care Providers in SLC County.

• Must demonstrate financial hardship.

• Child must be under 18 years old.

• Application must be submitted 30 days before box is needed.
