As Co-Founder and Executive Director of Birthday Box Foundation, Emily is dedicated to ensuring every child experiences the joy, recognition, and sense of belonging that comes with a birthday celebration. A Social Service Worker Family and Advisory Board Member of The Wellness Farm Foundation, Emily brings a strong background in inclusive family support and child well-being.

The idea for Birthday Box Foundation was born from a deeply personal experience: following a pandemic-related job loss just before her daughters’ birthdays, Emily’s family was overwhelmed by the love and support from their community. That moment of compassion sparked a mission—to give back in a way that would uplift other families facing hardship.

Through her leadership, Emily works tirelessly to provide children in need with birthday celebrations that help them feel seen, valued, and celebrated—because every child deserves a special day that is just for them.

Christina is a seasoned Marketing Executive in the digital entertainment space, a dedicated mother of two, hobby birthday cake baker, and party planner extraordinaire.

Everything Christina crafts is infused with the love and care she shows her own children, making her work not just effective, but heartfelt. Her experiences as a mother fuel her passion, making every effort to ensure no child misses the magic of their birthday.

Joel is a Senior Legal Operations Analyst and consultant with a with a proven track record in process improvement and efficiency. Joel’s meticulous approach maximizes the impact on children's lives and fosters transparency for donors.

Joel understands the sting of a missed birthday celebration firsthand. Growing up without them left a lasting impression, fueling his desire to give back and ensure no child feels the same.
