We are a Utah based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to bringing joy to children experiencing hardship through the magic of birthday celebrations.

Families experiencing financial hardship, homelessness, medical crisis and other challenging circumstances can apply to receive a birthday box for their child. Please see our application for all requirements.

Birthday Box Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Your donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We can provide a receipt for your records.

Most families hear from us within 48-72 hours. Applications must be submitted 30 days before box is needed.

If your child's birthday is within the next week, please mention it in your application and we'll prioritize your request. However, these are handled on a case by case basis and not guaranteed.

We serve children ages 1-18 in our current service area.

Absolutely. Your application is confidential. We partner with trusted community organizations, but we never share your personal information without permission.

We're currently serving Eagle Mountain, Saratoga Springs, Cedar Fort, Fairfield, and the Lehi Ronald McDonald House. We're working to expand! Add your email to our waitlist and we'll notify you when we grow into your area.

Boxes are typically delivered by a member of our team, through our partner organizations (food banks, schools, shelters) or can be picked up at a designated location. We'll coordinate the best option for your family when we confirm your request.

Yes! Please submit an application for each child. Please note we require a 30 day notice for each box.
